Meet the Leaders
Justin co-founded Good Fruit Video in 2009 because he wanted to be a content creator long before most people knew what that meant. He’s the guy with a million crazy ideas and an indomitable spirit, who loves pitching in to solve problems and promote the good in the world.
Justin is on the SBAM Leadership Council, the Michigan Council for Rehabilitation Services, and runs the annual BOOM Awards. He is also a retired Para-athlete and member of Team USA from the 2023 Parapan American Games in Chile.

Jennifer Sleeper is our resident expert in creative strategy. With a background that includes leadership roles in marketing and advertising, along with a long-held love of all things video, she leads our team in creating videos that go beyond aesthetics into achieving results.
Jennifer joined Good Fruit in 2021 and transitioned to co-owner in 2024. Her dedication to ensuring Good Fruit’s videos meet and exceed client and partner expectations, coupled with her holistic view and strategic mindset helps us maximize the impact of the videos we create.
